Utilisation

Mix 2 level teaspoons (4g) into 200ml of water or a drink of your choice, once a day. Take it at any time of day, hot or cold (use warm rather than boiling water to protect the vitamin C and enzymes). Always use a dry spoon and consume within 60 days of opening.
