The brand recommends drinking one bottle a day, in the morning, in addition to or instead of your coffee. The shot can be drunk as is or mixed into a cold drink. Do not exceed one bottle a day.
Magic Mind has a pronounced matcha flavour, with notes of vanilla and fruit according to testers, and a plant-like taste that sometimes takes a little getting used to. It is nicer well chilled.

Magic Mind is not suitable for everyone. ANSES (the French food safety agency) advises against ashwagandha for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under 18, people with liver, heart or endocrine disorders (notably thyroid) and those on central nervous system depressant treatment. The shot also contains caffeine. If you are on medication (notably anticoagulants, antidepressants or antidiabetics) or have a chronic illness, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking it.
No. A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle or medical advice. Individual experience varies, and the effects of adaptogenic plants and mushrooms are still debated: Santé.fr, the French public health information service, states that the effectiveness of these mushrooms on mental health has not been scientifically established.
