Utilisation

Mix 2 teaspoons (10g) into 250ml of water or plant-based milk, stir into a yoghurt, or blend into a smoothie. Best taken in the morning or during the day rather than at bedtime, as it contains naturally energising ingredients (B vitamins, ginseng and a little caffeine from green tea extract).
