Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of Rose Powder to a cup of hot water, or to your tea, milk, latte, smoothie, savory or sweet foods, and more!
Rose water: Add 1/2 teaspoon to 240 ml of near-boiling water (avoid heating to very high temperatures as this increases the bitterness and diminishes the medicinal properties) and let it steep for at least 8-10 minutes (or more). Once cooled, refrigerate and drink chilled.
