Womb Tea is an infusion of sacred feminine plants, formulated to care for the uterus and menstrual cycle. It brings together emmenagogue, uterine tonic and hormone-balancing plants: Red Raspberry Leaf, Yarrow, Chamomile, Nettle, Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Ginger. It is aimed at all women wishing to support their reproductive health naturally.
Yes. Red Raspberry Leaf is one of the most widely used gynaecological plants in herbalism: it tones the uterus, helps regulate irregular cycles and reduces menstrual pain. Yarrow is emmenagogue and supports regular flow. The complete formula acts on the entire cycle.
Yes. Chamomile and Ginger are recognised for their antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory action. Cinnamon improves circulation in the pelvic cavity. Womb Tea is particularly recommended 2 to 3 days before periods and during the first painful days, in combination with Dolores Tonic for more severe cases.
Steep 1 tablespoon in 250ml of hot water (90-95°C) for 7 to 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey of your choice. Drink 1 to 2 cups per day, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bed. In a monthly preventive course: start 5 days before periods and continue during periods.
Some plants in the formula (Hibiscus, Nettle) can support hormonal balance in the context of PCOS. However, PCOS is a complex medical condition: Womb Tea can constitute a natural complementary support, but does not replace gynaecological follow-up and appropriate treatment. Consult your doctor.
Womb Tea contains emmenagogue plants (Yarrow, Raspberry Leaf): strictly not recommended during pregnancy. Not recommended in cases of clotting disorders or anticoagulant use. Yarrow can cause allergies in people sensitive to the Asteraceae family.
