Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon to a bowl or mug. Add 100 ml of cold or iced water, whisk vigorously until frothy.
For a creamy latte: Replace all or part of the water with almond or coconut milk. Add a touch of raw cacao or organic maca powder for a slightly sweeter drink.
Can also be added to desserts, smoothies and yogurts.
