Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin produced by the skin when exposed to sunlight and naturally present in some foods. It promotes healthy immune function, supports mood, and promotes brain and bone health. Barrier patches are formulated with vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) sourced from lichen.

How to use

Peel: Remove the patch from the transparent backing.
Stick: Stick the patch on clean, dry skin
Wear: up to approximately 12 hours
Remove: Carefully remove and recycle after use.

Barrier patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Do not apply patches to the face or head, or to areas where the skin is damaged or irritated. Preferred areas for patch application are: the inside and outside of the wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Apply the patch daily to an area with little or no hair, such as the wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, and avoid any particularly sensitive areas.

You can combine this patch with other patches. When used as directed, this patch and any of the other Barrier patch formulations can be worn simultaneously. One patch from each pack (or formulation) can be worn simultaneously. Up to one patch per formulation can be worn per day. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at a time.
